Kenneth Williams, Jr.

Ken Williams leads the subsurface utility engineering (SUE) division of McAdams. He is a subsurface utility engineer with over 20 years of experience providing utility mapping, utility coordination, utility relocation, utility condition assessment,and communication of utility data to concerned parties. He is a subsurface utility engineer with over 20 years of experience providing utility mapping at all ASCE 38-02 quality levels, utility coordination, utility relocation and coordination, utility condition assessment, communication of utility data to concerned parties. His projects have included horizontal and vertical location of underground utilities, identification of underground utilities, ground penetrating radar surveys, verification of underground utilities, and investigation of related structures. He has coordinated many DOT projects on thousands of miles of roadways across the United States and abroad.

Ken has extensive training including the 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification, Confined Space Entry Certification (8-Hour), Loss Prevention Systems Certification (LPS), Radio Detection Subaqueous Locator Training (12- Hour), MALA GPR Training, Smith Defensive Driver Training, Flagmen certified, OSHA Construction safety and Health (10-Hour), American Petroleum Institute Work Safe Trained (8-Hours), and the National Utility Locating Contractors Association (NULCA) Competency Standard. Ken has extensive experience providing utility mapping at all ASCE 38-02 quality levels.
