Construction Administrator

We are currently looking for a Construction Administrator to join our Construction Administration group in our Durham/RTP, NC and Charlotte, NC office locations.

Minimum Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ relevant experience in Land Development and utility construction

Responsibilities

  • Review shop drawings
  • Conduct NPDES inspections
  • Conduct Stormwater BMP Inspections
  • Conduct Water & Sewer inspections
  • Hydrant Flow testing
  • Perform Lighting Surveys
  • Site ADA Surveys
  • Understand Project Specifications and Construction Plans
  • Perform site inspections and document progress and plan compliance for Client
  • Process Pay applications from Contractors on behalf of Client
  • Conduct Pre-construction/Progress meetings on behalf of Client
  • Communicate job progress and issues effectively to Client/Market Sector PM/Construction Admin Director
  • Prepare Bid Packages, Administer Bid Process though selection of Contractor
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management and Scheduling Software (Procore, PIM, MS Project etc.)
