Renaissance Village adds a bold exclamation point to the Streets at Southpoint (also a project of McAdams), south Durham’s most impressive retail center. McAdams was called on to guide the developer through the design and approval process for this project. Our experience with engineering, permitting, and infrastructure design for adjacent projects made navigation through the approval process easier. Given the City of Durham’s stringent mixed-use requirements and the anchor’s own strict approval process and opening day deadline challenges, McAdams was able to help our client successfully complete this project.
