This parcel sat vacant for several years waiting for the right tenant and design team. The McAdams team was able to fit Dunkin Donuts, along with another tenant, onto a very tight parcel. This Dunkin Donuts includes a drive-through and sufficient parking to comply with the zoning requirements. McAdams worked very closely with the Town of Wake Forest to get this approved so that the project could be delivered on-time. The team formulated several solutions that allowed Dunkin Donuts to develop their new prototype building at this location while keeping vehicular and pedestrian access optimal. Grading was a challenge on this site as it was very tight, however, we worked very closely with our sub-consultant on wall systems to maximize buildable area while also keeping within budget constraints.
