Construction documents included existing and proposed grades, detailed landscape plans and planting lists, irrigation design, erosion control plans, traffic control plans, gateway monument signage and safety improvements such as lighting and crosswalk features. Conservation measures were included to minimize overspray and excess watering. Xeriscape plant selections included varieties of seasonally changing colors and textures as well as native species.
