North Hills

McAdams has provided all of the site engineering services for North Hills, one of Raleigh’s fastest growing and innovative re-development projects. This is a dynamic mixed-use project of unparalleled scale in the Triangle. McAdams utilized its experience with infrastructure design to develop the construction documents for the street grid and mass grading to provide set the stage for the development of the newly created blocks. Navigation through permitting phases to provide the necessary infrastructure for this significant development without knowing the actual final pieces was a challenge addressed by McAdams in coordination with the permitting agencies.
