UNC Wilmington, Kenan Parking Lot

As a part of the overall study, McAdams completed an Advanced Concept Planning for the Kenan surface parking lot on the main campus of UNCW. This 300+ space lot will serve as the “front door” to campus, greeting visitors as they arrive, therefore making the aesthetics of great importance. McAdams has proposed several key landscape architectural features to enhance the appearance; which include additional landscape, a pedestrian boulevard with fountain and a BMP turned amenity.
