Learning Sessions for Interns
Throughout the semester you will join intern focused sessions that may include:

- career path conversations with different disciplines
- panel discussions with early career teammates
- resume, portfolio and interview tips
Connection and Culture
From office events and team lunches to site visits and cross-office meetings, you experience the McAdams culture in action and meet people across service lines and locations.

The Young Professionals Group gives teammates with 0-5 years of experience opportunities to participate in professional development, collaborate and share ideas, build lasting relationships both within the company and with outside professional organizations, and participate in networking and social opportunities.
