As we reflect on 2025, we’re grateful for every moment spent shoulder to shoulder with our community partners.

This year, our teammates volunteered at more than two dozen events across all of our offices, working directly with local organizations to support families, restore natural spaces, mentor students, and uplift neighbors. These hands-on experiences continue to deepen our connection to the places we call home and strengthen the partnerships that make this work meaningful.

We are also grateful for the continued opportunity to support our communities through McAdams SHARES. This year, our team contributed $222,570 to local nonprofits, and our lifetime donations through Triangle Community Foundation will surpass $1,150,000 by year’s end.

Together, we remain focused on addressing the critical needs of housing and hunger, youth education, and environmental stewardship through both service and financial support.
