Brian Purdy

Brian serves as McAdams’ Director for Planning and Design in the Raleigh-Durham market. In practice since 1999, he has an extensive track record in all aspects of the land development industry for both private and public sector clients. His direct project experience covers a wide range of the profession, including real estate advisement, master planning, project management, entitlement + permitting, and landscape design. He focuses on a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach to projects to deliver on a client’s vision. Brian works to build consensus on each project and excels at being able to communicate complex information for all to understand.
