Charlie Potter
Charlie has more than 25 years of multifaceted experience on land development projects throughout Florida, Arizona and Nevada. Directly responsible for the procurement of work and client relations, he has created an impressive resume by combining his creative talents with his ability to anticipate and respond to critical client needs.
His areas of expertise include overall project feasibility; risk and financial evaluation for residential, commercial, industrial and office land development projects; and a technical prowess in land planning, water and sewer system design, drainage design, roadway design, permitting and construction observation.
Charlie has contributed to all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction completion and occupancy. He helps oversee McAdams’ Florida region and coordinates efforts to create an efficient structure that is responsive to client needs. His direct involvement in planning, design and construction is a benefit to the successful completion of any project.
If you had to teach a class on one thing, what would you teach?
Baseball. I’ve been coaching with my kids for about 10 years and I absolutely love teaching kids the fundamentals of the game.
