Laura Holloman

Laura is a detail-oriented planner with extensive experience in all aspects of municipal planning and zoning. With over 18 years of professional planning experience across the Triangle region, nearly half of it in the public sector, she understands how to navigate the municipal entitlement approval process. Laura’s experience covers a wide range of the profession, including due diligence and site feasibility analysis; regulatory procedural requirements assessment; project management and municipal liaison for rezoning; subdivision and site plans; ordinance and long-range plan preparation; neighborhood / community meeting facilitation; and municipal board representation and presentations. Laura is an excellent communicator who builds productive, professional relationships while delivering the best possible client service. She is skilled in managing complex, time-sensitive projects to exacting standards of professionalism, ensuring that they are completed on-time, under budget and exceed expectations.
