Marc LeBlanc
Marc brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, operations and strategic leadership to his role as Director of Facilities. Formerly McAdams’ Chief Technology Officer, he offers a unique perspective on how workplace environments, technology and infrastructure work together to support employees and advance business objectives. Marc oversees the firm’s real estate portfolio and facilities operations, including site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, office buildouts and capital improvements. Working closely with firm leadership and external partners, he helps create safe, efficient and engaging workplaces that reflect McAdams’ brand and evolving needs. His technology background also informs his approach to workplace innovation and operational efficiency.
What is your favorite childhood memory?
I grew up in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, just a few short miles away from Newport. I loved to be at the water in the summertime, I would often walk down to it, go for a swim, dig up clams, catch minnows and look for crabs. There was always something to do, sometimes I would just walk down the beach for miles and see what had washed up from the last high tide. I still look back on those days of my childhood and think how lucky I was.
