Mary brings a wealth of marketing and brand development knowledge honed over 20 years. Her unwavering commitment to learning ensures she stays at the forefront of industry trends. Mary’s true passion lies in communication, making her exceptionally skilled at building brand awareness. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees a diverse group of corporate services, including Marketing, IT, HR, Administrative Services, Talent Acquisition, Client Experience, and Employee Engagement. Mary always looks to the future while putting people at the heart of her work. Her ability to convey complex information in clear, meaningful messages helps others understand and connect with the “why” behind every endeavor.

Mary was recently named one of 19 Women Shaping Raleigh’s Future by Raleigh Magazine. In 2021, she served as the Chair of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Annual Women in Leadership Conference. She was an inaugural member of Zweig Group’s national 2020 ElevateHER group and currently serves as the Leadership Liaison with McAdams UNITED, McAdams’s internal diversity, equity and inclusion initiative. In addition, she serves on the Advisory Board for the Holt Brothers Foundation, the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) Marketing Committee and the advisory board for the Triangle region of First Bank.
