Pete brings over 30 years of diverse experience in leading the planning and entitlement processes for private land development projects across Florida, as well as public sector planning and development review for local governments.

His areas of expertise include conceptual site and master planning, due diligence, planned developments, zoning and use entitlements, as well as community engagement and public speaking. Pete is highly skilled in navigating complex regulatory environments, securing zoning approvals, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success. He also excels in fostering positive relationships with communities through effective public outreach and engagement.

Pete takes a comprehensive approach to project feasibility, guiding clients from conceptual design and due diligence through to securing the necessary entitlements to permit and develop successful projects. By deeply understanding each client’s needs and the unique challenges of every project site, Pete builds long-term relationships and helps ensure the success of every development.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

My father told me, as a teenager, to pursue whatever career I desired – just make sure that it brings personal joy. That advice guided my path throughout many aspects of life, including becoming a professional land planner.
