Sarah Rasmusson
Originally from a small town in Texas, Sarah relocated to Charlotte, NC, in 2012, where she quickly made the city her new home. With more than 10 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Sarah developed a strong passion for helping others. Over time, however, she realized her love for fitness was best kept as a personal pursuit, using it as both a hobby and a form of therapy, while shifting her professional focus helping companies find the best talent.
In 2020, after transitioning to remote work with her staffing firm, a simple LinkedIn message led Sarah to McAdams, where she was introduced to the world of civil engineering and design. Today, as the leader of McAdams’ Talent Acquisition Team, Sarah brings her passion for building meaningful relationships, connecting with people, and guiding them toward their next exciting career opportunity.
Sarah’s enthusiasm for supporting team growth alongside McAdams’ continued expansion is deeply rooted in her appreciation for the company’s culture, its people, and the meaningful experiences they create together.
