First Citizens Bank

First Citizen Bank Plaza is a 23-story, Class A office tower located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. Purchased in 2017 by the Dilweg Company, the 476,393-square foot office building underwent a substantial renovation. With an estimated project budget of approximately $10 million, this project made upgrades to the operating systems, commons areas, tenant amenities and ground floor retail. As part of the renovations the eastern entrance to the building was redone to build a more desirable entrance and to accommodate a restaurant.
