McAdams provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the design and development of a 5,000-square-foot, single-story branch of the Latino Community Credit Union in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Our scope of work included full civil and site design, covering site layout, grading, erosion control, and utility infrastructure.

One of the project’s defining features was the integration of a bioretention stormwater management system, thoughtfully designed to meet both local and state water quality requirements while effectively managing runoff. Our team also incorporated complementary landscape architecture elements to create a unified and purposeful site design.
Throughout the project, McAdams worked closely with the client and architectural team to ensure the site plan reflected the owner’s vision while meeting regulatory and operational objectives.
