Next to the commercial portion, there is a planned 20-acre multi-family residential component with 300 apartment units. The residential area will be designed with lifestyle amenities that support a sense of community and easy access to everyday essentials.

Located just outside the City of Bradenton and only minutes from I-275, the site is well-positioned for commuter flow between St. Petersburg and Bradenton via the Skyway Bridge. It will serve as a convenient hub for both local residents and visitors moving through the region.

McAdams supported the development with a full suite of integrated services, including civil engineering, stormwater management solutions, land planning and entitlement, urban planning and design guidance, landscape architecture, and construction administration.
