Join Us in Celebrating ICSC’s Newest Leader Under 40, McAdams’ Own Randi Rivera!

We’re proud to announce that our very own Director of Land Planning and Entitlement, Randi Rivera, has been named a Leader Under 40 by Innovative Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and CenterBuild!

This annual awards program honors a small handful of high-achieving individuals under the age of 40 for their professional accomplishments and outstanding contributions to the commercial real estate industry through volunteerism, mentoring and overall commitment to ICSC’s mission and vision. Winners were announced at a ceremony held this past weekend during ICSC+CENTERBUILD, a premier event for commercial real estate professionals that specialize in planning, development, design and construction.

With nearly 15 years of experience in real estate development, Randi has led land planning and entitlement activities for more than 100 projects in North Texas, including several landmark developments like Lakeside Crossing, The River Walk at Central Park, Highlands Plaza and Fronterra, to name a few.

For every project, Randi works closely with her team to imagine conceptual layouts that bring her clients’ commercial real estate visions to life. She focuses on the holistic success of each project, before any plans are drawn, to not only achieve her clients’ goals, but to also enhance the community where the projects are located. Her commitment to creating an excellent experience from start to finish is why we’re so lucky to work with her.
