James Caldwell
James has 28 years of experience in the civil engineering industry with a background in campus utility systems, stormwater management, dam safety and athletic facilities. James’ current role with business operations focuses on internal processes, systems and tools to help all of McAdams provide the highest level of client service and responsiveness. James’ experience with project delivery and execution plus 23 years of problem solving at McAdams allows him to unite all market sectors and service lines to bring thoughtfulness to every detail of our work.
