Jay is responsible for overseeing McAdams’ operations in the North Carolina Triad, having played a key role in establishing the office in the summer of 2023. With over 25 years of experience, he has successfully delivered large, complex projects across a diverse range of market sectors and geographic regions. Jay possesses strong expertise in site selection, evaluation, design, and permitting. Jay recognizes to recognize the importance of time efficiency, responsiveness, and design optimization in land development projects.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

A lasting memory from my childhood is spending time on job sites with my father. During the summers, I would often be dropped off to clean up debris and assist with other tasks suitable for a young child. This early exposure familiarized me with the step-by-step nature of construction, where various trades come together to bring a project to completion.
