7-Eleven

McAdams has worked on six different 7-Eleven sites with Crosland Southeast. These sites range from small, outparcel developments with a convenience store and as few as eight multi-product dispensers (MPDs), to large truck stops that include a separate diesel fueling canopy, CAT scales and truck parking. These projects include amenities such as outdoor seating, a car wash and in-store prepared foods. Many of the projects have required the design of unique stormwater management systems and sanitary sewer extensions as well as a septic system design where public sewer was not available.
