Brier Creek Country Club

Brier Creek Country Club is an upscale Arnold Palmer golf course community located on 670 acres of prime real estate in beautiful west Raleigh. McAdams was called on to prepare an extensive erosion control plan for the 12-acre golf course and coordinated efforts with the Palmer Course Design organization. The McAdams stormwater management team completed a Master Storm Drainage Plan for both the residential and golf course tracts of the development. The Stormwater Department at McAdams was able to exempt Brier Creek from detention requirements as well.
