Gateway Terrace

Gateway Terrace is a 5.62-acre multi-use, multi-building development including 25,763 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a 103-room hotel. The project includes five buildings designed by four different architects, including a PDQ and a Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburger drive-thru restaurant. The project approvals were phased to accommodate staggered construction and openings of the various end users.
