Greensboro Community Conversations

To address on-going tension between the City of Greensboro and the residents of Southeast Greensboro regarding planning and zoning matters, McAdams was hired to conduct community conversations to develop recommendations to foster a better working relationship and build trust with the community. The conversations and recommendations revolved around four core themes: zoning, planning, land use and housing; infrastructure and capital investment; code enforcement and quality of life; and community relations and community trust.
