Lewisville ISD, Flower Mound High School, Baseball + Softball Field Upgrades
McAdams served as the civil engineer and prime consultant for the renovation of an existing high school baseball and softball facility for Lewisville Independent School District. The project transformed the complex into a high-performance athletic venue through strategic field upgrades, infrastructure improvements and enhanced player amenities. McAdams provided design, construction administration and owner representation services, serving as the primary point of coordination between the owner, lighting consultant, design team and contractor throughout project delivery.

Bridging Design and Delivery
The renovation enhanced Lewisville ISD’s softball facility with targeted improvements designed to support athlete safety, increase program use and strengthen long-term facility performance. Serving as both prime consultant and owner representative, McAdams acted as the central point of coordination throughout design and construction, aligning stakeholder goals, facilitating communication between the owner, design team and contractor, and helping ensure the completed improvements met the district’s operational, maintenance and program objectives.
