NC State University, Doak Baseball Field + Stadium Renovations

The existing NC State University Doak Baseball Field and Stadium renovations consist of a newly surfaced National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) playing field, player performance facility, new clubhouse, and new fan game-day experiences. The player performance facility and clubhouse is in right field along Varsity Drive, a prominent street within NC State University’s campus and includes an open terrace allowing patrons the opportunity to enjoy food and beverage while watching the game. McAdams is teamed with EwingCole to bring these facility changing improvements to reality. The existing site has multiple challenges associated with it to include utility relocations and underground stormwater management solutions. McAdams is providing landscape architecture, due diligence, civil engineering, stormwater management, and construction administration services for this project.
