Novant Health Waverly, Pediatrics + Primary Care

This project is part of the larger 90-acre Waverly mixed-use development. The project consists of one class A medical office building providing space for Novant Healthcare in the growing Providence Road corridor. The project was on a fast track schedule due to tenant delivery obligations. The project parcels are served by a shared stormwater management facility; however, due to the expedited schedule for the delivery of this project, McAdams negotiated an alternative means of compliance with City staff in order to get the project through permitting and maintain the aggressive schedule. Waverly Office #1 was the first building occupied within the Waverly development.
