River Walk Medical Office Building
The flagship Medical Office Building was the first building constructed as part of the 23-acre River Walk Professional Park. The River Walk Building III is an 85,000-square foot, Class A medical office building directly attached to the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mound on three levels. This progressive building is unquestionably the most convenient and desirable location for medical and healthcare specialists anywhere in Flower Mound and home to a regional cancer center, the largest ob-gyn practice in the city and a state-of the art fertility center.

The substantial entry and drop-off area features an elongated covering to shelter patients and patrons from the elements and special consideration was given to ensure that the entrance is adequately flat, convenient and comfortable for patients as well as care-givers.
During site design, an attached radiation vault was added, along with a specially designed paving pad on which to park the mobile scanning apparatus. These components were seamlessly included into the project and currently serve an important health care need in the community.
