Project

Silveron Park

Silveron Park includes a mixture of land uses that include retail, restaurant, office, medical office and residential components. The configuration of these uses is strategically placed in order to provide connections between the different uses.

The mix of uses are connected by a pedestrian circulation system that originates from The Green Plaza + Play area and finds its way to many corners of the development. Silveron Park – a wide, yet linear park – acts as the spine of the open space connection and the community itself. Central Park is a green that anchors the residential buildings with a children’s playground, gazebo and open space for people and pets to enjoy. West Park and Oak Bluff Park offer nearly undisturbed experiences in woodlands that host natural habitats, native plants and preserved streams. Residents, employees and the public are encouraged to explore Silveron Park via the interlinked web of pedestrian connections for travel to their destination or recreation.
