Jon Moore
Jon Moore serves as McAdams’ chief operating officer and is responsible for the daily operations of the company. He develops and delivers technology-driven services and solutions to provide outstanding client service and drive profitable revenue growth. His collaborative, service-oriented approach to leadership has allowed him to focus on empowering the firm’s talent to prosper, grow and innovate as McAdams scales and diversifies. Jon previously served as vice president of civil / site design for McAdams, where he provided executive leadership across the commercial and residential practice areas.
Favorite Childhood Memory:
"My dad worked for Nello L. Teer Company in the rock quarry division in Princeton, NC. A real treat for me was getting up at the crack of dawn and riding in his yellow company truck and picking up a ham biscuit on the way. My dad would take me on a tour of the plant and I got to wear a hardhat and boots, which made it even better."
