5401 North

The master planned community is approximately 366 acres for 1,100 residential units and 45 acres of commercial area. 5401 North is located in Raleigh at the I-540 and US 401 interchange and aligns along the southern border of Wake Tech Community College. McAdams is the primary consultant providing site / civil engineering, as well as surveying, stormwater and construction administration services to portions of the site. The project required an update to the Planned Development District (PDD) (MP-01-2010) approved master plan document for the latest stormwater management concepts. Following a preliminary subdivision process, McAdams designed the overall infrastructure for the existing and current tracts / parcels.
