Project
Cactus Canyon
McAdams played a key role in bringing the Cactus Canyon project to life, delivering a full suite of site development services that supported the vision from concept through construction. The team guided the project through zoning and development approvals, working closely with the Town of Argyle to ensure alignment with community goals and local regulations. McAdams provided essential boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys that informed site planning and permitting, laying the groundwork for a successful build.
Overall site engineering services included grading, drainage, and utility design to support the restaurant’s footprint and infrastructure needs. McAdams also designed a vibrant and welcoming outdoor environment that reflects the brand identity and enhances the overall guest experience. Throughout construction, the team supported contractors with timely responses, site observations, and coordination to maintain design intent and ensure quality execution. A critical component of the project involved coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to secure access permits along FM 407, a major corridor that plays a critical role in site connectivity and project approval.
McAdams’ multidisciplinary approach ensured a smooth and efficient path from initial planning to final buildout, helping realize the Cactus Canyon vision in one of Argyle’s most high-profile commercial corridors.
