McAdams provided comprehensive planning, civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and construction administration services for Marty B’s Coffee Co. in Bartonville, Texas. As an extension of the Marty B’s brand, the coffee shop and drive-thru concept was thoughtfully designed to blend operational efficiency with the rural character of the town. McAdams led the project through planning and entitlement approvals, provided boundary and topographic surveying, and delivered full civil design services including grading, drainage, utility coordination, and ADA-compliant access. The landscape architecture team developed a welcoming and brand-aligned site design that incorporated outdoor seating. McAdams also supported construction through submittal reviews, site visits, and coordination with contractors to ensure the project was delivered in alignment with the client’s vision.
