Cambria Hotel

Cambria Hotel is a remodel of the Brookwood Inn Main Tower and Annex Building on Elba Street in Durham, North Carolina. The site work associated with the Main Tower includes grading and paving work to make the accessible parking areas and route to the building meet the accessibility code. The site work associated with the Annex Building is a result of infilling the first floor to match the outline of the building above. This infill will displace accessible parking that will need to be replaced within the existing parking lot. A new retaining wall was required to make the accessible access compliant within the site.
