This project is part of the overall City Park master planned development situated near the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. Connection to the development’s stormwater system and a shared parking agreement with the adjacent retail pads, allow for an efficient use of land minimizing the amount of property needed to develop a hotel of this size. The dual branded hotel concept allows for a mix of guest room sizes, typically only offered in separate buildings, while saving costs and space by sharing back-of-house services.
