North Hills, AC Hotel by Marriott

The AC Marriott Hotel is a seven-story, 135-room select service property with 2,265 square feet of ground floor retail. The hotel opened in the spring of 2017 and is located next to the North Hills Tower Two Bank of America office building at the corner of Six Forks Road and Dartmouth Road. The ground floor activates the busy street frontage with a covered drop-off and most of the support space for the property. The design delivers the signature elements of the AC Hotel brand, including the AC Lounge; connected meeting spaces; a European breakfast and buffet; and a large fitness room. The hotel also features a sky lobby concept; ample social spaces; and a rooftop pool and outdoor roof deck. Our services included topographic and boundary surveying of the site; site design and permitting; and landscape and hardscape design.
