Cold Creek Solutions’ state‑of‑the‑art facility is located at 6651 N I‑35, Denton, Texas, just north of the I‑35E/I‑35W split. Developed on a 23‑acre site, the project features a 374,560 SF cold storage facility with a 45‑foot clear height warehouse and a 28‑foot clear height cold dock.

McAdams was contracted to provide full‑service project management and expediting to complete pre‑development approvals within an accelerated timeline. Services included the facilitation of all city approvals to the issuance of building permits and managing the timeline and deadlines for the project team. McAdams was integral in delivering the project on time for construction and occupancy.

The facility offers 53 dock positions and includes a fully convertible freezer capable of supporting temperatures from –20 °F to 50 °F, ideal for diverse temperature‑controlled logistics needs. The space also features advanced equipment includes a central ammonia refrigeration system, an advanced fire protection system, dual diesel pumps, and a water storage tank. The site also accommodates 68 trailer stalls and 147 car parking spaces.
