Completed in July 2023, the Primoris Services Corp regional headquarters and service center brings 35,528 square feet of modern, functional space to Denton, Texas. This facility serves as a strategic hub for Primoris’ operations, combining office areas and service capabilities to support efficiency and growth.

Located in Denton, the site offers convenient access to major transportation routes, positioning Primoris for streamlined connectivity across North Texas. As a part of this project, McAdams provided full‑service project management and permit expediting from facilitating zoning approval to the issuance of all building permits. These services helped the end user manage the project timeline, milestones, and deadlines to keep the project on schedule and moving smoothly through the pre‑development process. The client needed to consolidate multiple leased offices in the region and timely completion was critical to this objective.
