As a part of this project, McAdams provided full‑service project management and permit expediting from zoning approval to the issuance of all building permits. McAdams facilitated entitlements including a complex zoning change and an Alternative Environmentally‑Sensitive Area Plan. These services helped the developer manage the project timeline, milestones, and deadlines to keep the project on schedule and moving smoothly through the pre‑development process.

Each building includes 60‑foot speed bays and a combined total of 90 dock doors, ensuring streamlined loading, unloading, and distribution for high‑volume operations. Ample parking with 654 spaces enhances convenience for employees and visitors, while modern infrastructure supports manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution needs.
