Project
Everywhere to Everywhere Greenways Feasibility Study
One of the cornerstone elements of Chapel Hill’s Complete Community Strategy is the ambitious vision for a connected, multimodal greenway system—known as the Everywhere to Everywhere (E2E) Greenway Network. This initiative aims to connect the entire town with paved, off-road trails, ensuring that 57% of residents live within a quarter mile of a greenway. To advance this transformative vision, the Town of Chapel Hill secured a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant and engaged McAdams to lead a feasibility study focused on the core E2E network.
