East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine

The East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine consists of four projects: the Medical Education Building, Central Energy Plant, parking deck and associated utility infrastructure. McAdams is currently working with East Carolina University and the entire design team to bring this much-needed addition to the East Carolina University and East Carolina University Health campus a reality. As the lead civil engineer on the team, McAdams has been leading design efforts for all civil infrastructure (water, sewer, stormwater), roadway restoration, and overall stormwater management for all projects. Our team is also leading all permitting with NCDEMLR for both Stormwater and Land Disturbance permits. This project demonstrates our ability to coordinate multiple projects within a university district for connectivity, utility corridors, transportation, and place-making. McAdams is working with the University and architect teams to bring all four of these projects together and make the Brody School of Medicine a success.
