Wake Technical Community College, Perry Health Science Advanced Planning
Wake Technical Community College is currently planning the next expansion of their Perry Health Science campus. The site is the first project of the Wake III coordination between Wake Tech, WakeMed and Wake County for development of the existing parcels. The project proposes approximately 100,000 square feet health sciences building and parking deck. The building will house training rooms and classrooms in support of the health sciences program including a simulation hospital space, lab rooms, and other training programs. McAdams is coordinating efforts with the Perry Health Design team as well as WakeMed for project delivery as well as the Campus Master Plan Zoning currently underway.

McAdams is continuing to provide civil engineering and stormwater management services for the development with City of Raleigh and NCDEMLR permitting. McAdams is also assisting Wake Technical Community College with surveying services for the future land acquisition and parcel recombination.
