FedEx Distribution Center
SunCap Property Group teamed up with FedEx Corporation to develop its second building in Concord’s International Business Park to further improve its package delivery operations.
This $20 million-plus project consisted of a 350,000-square foot FedEx distribution facility. This site needed to accommodate 610 parking stalls and 187 trailer parking stalls. The building was designed such that trucks would be able to enter the facility, be washed, loaded and then sent out to deliver packages.
