Project

Irvins Creek

The Irvins Creek streambank stabilization project in Mint Hill, North Carolina involved an approximately 200-linear foot section of streambank that failed and the eroding bank migrated onto an existing powerline easement and a privately-owned fence. Natural channel design techniques were used to provide bank stabilization and improved ecological function.
