Lakeside International Office Center

This project consists of a four-story, 120,000-square foot office building; a second two-story, 18,500-square foot office building; and a shared parking garage. Outdoor plaza areas adjacent to the building offer seating and relaxation opportunities for tenants in the buildings. The office center is located on approximately 10 acres in proximity to The Shops at Lakeside DFW, with direct access to the adjacent Lakeside Crossing mixed-use development. An amenitized detention pond is positioned along an intermittent stream that runs through the natural area in the center of the property. The pond area features a walking trail, bench seating, lighted bollards and a raised viewing deck for tenants to enjoy while at the office center. The walking trail connects to proposed trails allowing pedestrians to walk throughout the entire Lakeside community.
