Poole Family YMCA Greenway

This project connects the Poole Family YMCA to the existing trail network of White Deer park with a paved, 10-foot wide asphalt trail. The trail crosses wetlands with a boardwalk and provides a pleasant experience through the woods to White Deer Park. This connection provides YMCA members access to many miles worth of paved and natural surface trails directly from the building and parking lot. These trails are comfortable for runners, stroller walkers and cyclists. Direct access also lends the additional benefit of avoiding crossing any roads or parking lots.
