Rosedale Fort Worth

Rosedale Fort Worth is a mixed-use development spanning two City blocks and containing 342 urban residential living units, 28 live / work units, roughly 30,000 square feet of commercial space, and roughly 3,000 square feet of restaurant use. This project also involved replacing the majority of Missouri Avenue which is a main City street. McAdams had multiple meetings with the community to ensure that this proposed project was aligned with all stakeholders visions.
