Roanoke Commons II is part of the on-going upscale boutique development in downtown Roanoke, TX, and is home to several unique restaurants and class A office uses. Set in an urban type setting with Zero Building Lines, required parking is achieved by utilizing both existing / proposed public parking and on-site parking. The corner lot development required detailed ADA accessibility design to ensure proper access to the multiple store fronts spanning the public right-of-way. Required stormwater detention was provided on site within the parking lot. Enhanced paving specifications were provided for aesthetically pleasing pedestrian areas.
